The agency was founded by Kamlesh Gaonkar after more than a decade of experience in the advertising industry. During this time, he worked on building brand identities, designing communication systems, and solving visual and messaging challenges for different businesses.
Through that experience, one important realization emerged: creativity without structure often becomes decoration rather than meaningful communication. Strong brands are built when creative thinking is supported by clear strategy and thoughtful design.
Creashna was created with this approach in mind. Instead of beginning with visuals alone, the process starts with understanding the brand, defining its direction, and then translating that clarity into design and communication.

The name Creashna combines two ideas that represent the philosophy behind the agency.
“Crea” comes from creativity and creation, representing the act of building ideas, identities, and communication.
“Shna” is inspired by Krishna, symbolizing consciousness, wisdom, and thoughtful guidance. Together, the name represents creative consciousness — the idea that creativity should not be random or decorative, but intentional and guided by clarity. Just like a single drop creating ripples in water, one clear idea can influence everything that follows in a brand’s journey. Creashna focuses on finding that idea and building the entire brand system around it.
