While at Brandarms, Kamlesh Gaonkar worked on developing awareness-driven communication materials, including posters, stickers, and internal creatives designed to promote energy and water conservation within the workplace. The design approach emphasized clarity, simplicity, and strong visual cues to drive engagement and reinforce sustainable behaviors across office environments.
